Nylon tyre cord fabric
Nylon tyre cord fabric is used to reinforce the construction of tyres for automobiles, and guarantees their resistance and safety. It keeps tyres in shape and support vehicle weight, which has significant impact on tyre performance. It also prevents separation between cords and belts when the tyre is spinning.
Polyester tyre cord fabric
Polyester tyre cord fabric provides high dimensional stability, few flat spots, excellent heat resistance and controllability. It is mainly used in radial tires for passenger cars.
Canvas fabric for belts
Canvas is an extremely durable plain-woven fabric used for making belts, among other things.
Polyamide yarn and soft cord
High-quality polyamide yarn is twisted and fitted for the tyre manufacturing process to create adhesion between fibers and rubber.
Soft cord is twisted or threaded raw yarn which is coated with one or several substrates to create adhesion to rubber mixtures. The finished soft cords are primarily used in tires, hoses, belts and air springs as they are adhesion-activated to rubber.
